With this product? A little goes a long way. This product is great to use on arthritic hands, just follow the veins with the balm. Use on top of the feet, or for sore calves, behind the knee to get into the bloodstream faster, or anywhere you need relief from pain and inflammation. I use it once in the morning, and sometimes once in the evening. If you pair it with Papa & Barkley relief balm, it makes the product go farther.
